Tips to Avoid Over Eating
Experts say there are things you can do to make yourself more likely to stop eating when you are comfortable. They include:
- Slow down, chew with purpose
- Eat only while sitting down
- Eat off smaller plates!
- Drink a 12 ounce glass of water before eating
- Wait 10 minutes before snacking
- Keep the right stuff up front
