Tips to Avoid Over Eating

Experts say there are things you can do to make yourself more likely to stop eating when you are comfortable. They include:

  • Slow down, chew with purpose
  • Eat only while sitting down
  • Eat off smaller plates!
  • Drink a 12 ounce glass of water before eating
  • Wait 10 minutes before snacking
  • Keep the right stuff up front
